good breakfast, helpful workers. the location was great, with bawgawaddy tea culture nearby, where we could eat. good value, we would stay again and again. don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit shwedagon pagoda.

Right by the airport, 9 miles. Lovely base for weekend in Yangon. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose grand united;)))
